Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Online Learning & EdTech Department. As a representative, you will assist Nordic-speaking clients with their inquiries related to online learning platforms, courses, and educational resources, ensuring they have a positive and rewarding experience. Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish), addressing inquiries related to online learning platforms and educational products.
- Assist customers with enrollment processes, course selection, technical issues, and general support to enhance their learning experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring all inquiries and resolutions are recorded for future reference.
- Collaborate with the EdTech team to resolve complex issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement of the platform.
- Stay informed about new courses, features, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers through various communication channels, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge within the EdTech industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or EdTech sector, is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers in a professional manner.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A genuine interest in online learning and educational technology, with a desire to help others succeed in their educational journey.
