Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support in Nordic languages (including Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish), addressing inquiries related to online learning platforms and educational content.
- Assist users with account setup, course enrollment, and technical issues, ensuring they have a positive experience while using the platform.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with the product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Stay informed about the latest online learning trends, tools, and course offerings to provide informed guidance to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers through various communication channels, fostering a supportive learning community.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or EdTech industry, is highly desired.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping learners achieve their goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a remote work environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
- A keen interest in educational technology and a commitment to continuous learning are advantageous.
