Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is thrilled to offer an exciting position for a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department If you have a passion for travel and exceptional customer service, this role is perfect for you. In this dynamic position, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers with their hotel reservations and inquiries, ensuring they have a memorable experience from the very beginning of their journey. Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding hotel reservations and hospitality inquiries.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer questions and issues.
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor in all interactions with clients.
- Document customer communications and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet department performance goals.
- Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector, is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt and learn within the hospitality industry.
- Desire to create memorable experiences for customers and enhance their travel journeys
