Your Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries related to job searches, platform functionalities, and freelance opportunities.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
- A genuine passion for helping customers and supporting their career journeys.
- Previous experience in customer support or the freelance/job platform industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
