We are currently looking for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Job & Freelance Platforms Department. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the gig economy and providing exceptional support to Nordic-speaking clients navigating freelance platforms.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding virtual job and freelance platforms through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries related to platform functionalities, account management, and freelance opportunities.
- Effectively resolve issues and provide guidance to enhance clients' experiences on the platform.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to address client needs and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.
- Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and assist in enhancing platform features.
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the digital or freelance sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and standard office applications.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
