Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Subscription-Based Services Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Subscription-Based Services Department. In this rewarding role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers by providing outstanding support related to their subscriptions. Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with subscription inquiries, billing questions, and account management.
- Troubleshoot and effectively resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and provide feedback for service improvement.
- Stay informed about subscription services and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in customer support, ideally in the subscription or service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
