Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding our subscription-based services through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests related to their subscriptions, ensuring a smooth resolution process.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive mindset.
