Our client, a leading electronics repair company in Greece, is seeking a talented E-commerce Manager to join their dynamic team. Known for exceptional service and innovative solutions, the company is entering an exciting expansion phase, and this role will be key to shaping their future growth

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to create engaging and effective online campaigns.
  • Maintaining, modifying and enriching the online product catalogue and make effective use of promotions and marketing content.
  • Implementing marketing campaigns designed to increase online traffic and acquire new customers.
  • Develop, monitor and keep updated the pricing policy as per company's strategy.
  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
  • Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies, top performance and company's kpis.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in order to ensure an excellent service delivery to online customers and drive sales & profitability through online experience.

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Computer Sciences and/or Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Master's Degree (will be considered an asset).
  • Proficiency in Greek and English language (verbal and written).
  • Average of 5 years in progressively responsible e-commerce roles, preferably in Electronics Repair Sector.
  • Hands-on attitude and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
