Louis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Cyprus and Greece, is seeking
to recruit a qualified individual for the company's offices in Athens, Greece, for the position of:
E-commerce officer
The role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing pricing strategies, forecasting demand, and maximizing revenue opportunities across Louis hotel properties.
This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, competition analysis and effective distribution channel management to drive profitability.
Main responsibilities
- Assist in managing the hotels websites, ensuring content is up to date, engaging and optimized for SEO.
- Assist with the guest loyalty programs and online engagement initiatives.
- Track digital marketing performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Provide insights to optimize online revenue and enhance guest experience.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in revenue management and hotel e-commerce, preferably in the luxury hotel sector.
- Required knowledge and management of WebHotelier, PrimalRes, and OTA platforms.
- Experience in the hospitality sector is desirable.
- Knowledge of OTA management and channel managers.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent communication skills for guest interactions and team collaboration.
