We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Job & Freelance Platforms Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting freelancers and job seekers in navigating online platforms.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking users of our virtual job and freelance platforms via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with account inquiries, job postings, and platform features.
- Help resolve technical issues and answer questions related to the use of the platform.
- Educate users on best practices for maximizing their success on the platform.
- Document customer interactions and provide timely follow-up on open issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the user experience on the platforms.
- Gather user feedback to support enhancements and new feature development.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within online job platforms or freelance services.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Technically savvy with a good understanding of online platforms and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
