Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, reservations, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle various inquiries effectively.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate, with enthusiasm for embracing new challenges and opportunities.
