Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is seeking an enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece If you possess excellent communication skills in Italian and have a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience. You will be part of a vibrant and multicultural team where your contributions will make a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers in Italian via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries and issues.
- Offer accurate information regarding our products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, striving for a first-contact resolution.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in service delivery.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to stay informed about products and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and performance-driven environments effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
- Relocation to Athens, Greece is required for this role.
