Responsibilities- Assist Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for tracking and improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Gather customer feedback to help refine service offerings and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently.
