Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries with accurate and helpful information.
- Document customer interactions in a timely and precise manner within the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve service quality and streamline processes.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on customer trends and service opportunities.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and immerse yourself in a new environment.
