Responsibilities- Offer outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, and account management promptly and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and improve overall client experience.
- Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and participate actively in discussions to facilitate change.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Enthusiastic and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
