Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues and inquiries efficiently, maintaining a focus on the customer's needs.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a team-oriented mindset.
