Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services, offering accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant banking regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on banking products and industry changes.
  • Contribute feedback to process improvements and innovative customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the banking or finance sector, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial products and regulations is an advantage.
  • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
