Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in the banking industry.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, transactions, and financial products.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and ensure their queries are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's banking services to offer accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions clearly in the company's CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to keep up to date with banking regulations and services.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or finance sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with banking products and customer relationship management systems.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
