In this critical role, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with a variety of inquiries related to our mobile banking services, ensuring they have a positive experience while using our platform. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile banking services, offering solutions and troubleshooting guidance.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on mobile banking features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in the banking or technology sector, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
