In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to their subscriptions, helping them with account management, billing queries, and technical support. NOTE: The position requires relocation to Greece and a valid EU passport or ID. A residency card is not enough, unless you already live in Greece. This is an entry-level role. Flight tickets are paid only within the EU.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for subscription-related inquiries
- Assist customers with account setup, billing issues, and service modifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure high service standards
- Stay informed about the subscription services and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in subscription-based services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using customer support software and billing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving service offerings
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- A valid EU passport or ID
