Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in German for subscription-related inquiries
- Assist customers with account management, billing, and subscription changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Educate customers on subscription features and benefits
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, preferably in subscription-based services
