Key Responsibilities- Offer high-quality customer support in French, addressing inquiries related to health and wellness products, including product details and usage instructions.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and any issues, providing effective solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and development teams to share customer feedback and insights, helping to improve product offerings.
- Stay updated on the latest health and wellness trends, product information, and company initiatives to provide relevant assistance to customers.
- Engage proactively with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the health and wellness industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
- A passion for health and wellness, with a commitment to providing customers with valuable information and support.
