In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers who are passionate about fashion, providing them with exceptional support and service. As a key member of the team, you will assist French-speaking customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general brand information. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service in French, addressing inquiries related to fashion products, order status, and return policies.
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to online orders and help them navigate through the brand's website effectively.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring all information is recorded for future reference and continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, product launches, and brand campaigns to provide informed responses to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers to enhance their shopping experience and foster brand loyalty.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion retail or apparel industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centered approach to service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to engage and connect with customers professionally.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries with attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • A genuine interest in fashion and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
