Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support in French, assisting clients with questions about travel packages, destinations, and bookings.
- Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.
- Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining records and following up on inquiries as required.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers, tour operators, and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about travel regulations, package offerings, and promotional deals to provide the most up-to-date information to customers.
- Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and tailor recommendations that align with their travel preferences.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in French is essential, along with strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism industry, is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address customer concerns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling customer records and inquiries.
- A genuine passion for travel and knowledge of destinations will be a significant advantage.
