On behalf of our client, we are looking for passionate French-speaking Customer Advisors to join a vibrant team in the luxury travel industry.
In this role, you won't just be handling inquiries — you'll be curating a seamless, high-end journey for discerning travelers. Your focus will be on delivering world-class customer support, building trust, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and elegance of a luxury brand.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat interactions.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build trusting relationships through professional communication.
- Deliver accurate and complete information using internal tools.
- Meet team targets and manage individual case quotas.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Follow company communication standards, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work shifts.
- Only local candidates will be considered (no relocation offered).
Benefits
- Gross salary: €1,150/month.
- Performance bonus: 10%.
- Hybrid model available based on performance.
