French and English Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled French and English speaking individual to work in the tourism sector for a top hospitality brand in Greece. As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for responding to consumer inquiries, maintaining accurate data input, and ensuring client complaints are dealt with in accordance with company policies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to consumer inquiries through free phone lines and recording consumer questions and feedback on the customer services database;
- Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries and feedback;
- Ensuring client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's complaints escalation policy;
- Troubleshooting consumer issues through open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offering recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Native/Fluent French; C2 Level
- Good level of English; C1 Level
- Writing speed: 20 words per minute
- Active Listening Skills
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
