**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team in Thessaloniki. As a key member of our Cross Border Talents team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and empower your team to achieve exceptional results, driving sales growth and delivering value to clients.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage potential clients and showcase our innovative payment solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
About You:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of achieving targets and growing teams.
- Proficiency in English (B2) and Spanish (C1), with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A knack for building and motivating high-performing teams, with a focus on creating a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
