Customer Support Representative Opportunity
\We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Customer Care Advisor to join our dynamic team.
\This role involves handling inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media, assisting customers with account, payment, and technical concerns. The primary mission is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Provide high-quality support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, and social media)
- Guide users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions
- Serve as a dependable contact, especially for sports-related customer needs
- Respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty
- Adhere to established procedures and maintain quality service standards
- Share feedback and ideas to help improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency
Requirements:
\- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
