
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an empathetic and proactive Customer Service Representative to support a global community of users.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where skills in problem-solving, communication, and empathy will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to users through accurate and informative responses.
- Stay informed about products and community standards to offer scalable solutions.
- Analyze data to enhance user experience and improve workflows.
- Enforce community standards by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.
- Respond to inquiries with speed and quality.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong ability to communicate empathetically in Spanish (C1-C2) and English (B2).
- A proactive attitude with bias toward doing what's right for the community.
- Attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with products and community standards (training will be provided).

- Work Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 09:00-19:00 (8 hours/day, 5 days/week with rotative shifts).
