Career Opportunity in Car Rental Support

Become a part of our team and contribute to the success of our car rental business in Greece. As a Travel Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting clients throughout the booking process.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in choosing and reserving the right rental cars for their travel plans. You will provide personalized recommendations on vehicle types, packages, and extras, ensuring that each customer receives a smooth and tailored experience.

Key aspects of your job include:

  • Providing expert guidance on vehicle selection and reservation processes
  • Communicating effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat, showcasing exceptional professionalism and warmth
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and reservations for seamless service delivery

In order to excel in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in call centers or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
