We are seeking a skilled Reservation Agent to join our team in Greece.

This role is perfect for those who are enthusiastic about travel and enjoy assisting others in planning unforgettable trips.

About the Position:

As a Reservation Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting clients throughout the booking process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers choose and reserve rental cars that fit their travel plans.
  • Provide personalized recommendations on vehicle types, packages, and extras.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle booking updates, cancellations, and any issues that arise.
  • Stay informed on rental policies, deals, and industry insights to guide customers effectively.
  • Accurately maintain customer and reservation records for smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level).
  • EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely.
