We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for Transportation Services. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy assisting Spanish-speaking clients with their transportation needs.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, scheduling, service details, and policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up on inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and transportation providers to address customer needs efficiently.
- Inform customers about available services, travel options, and safety protocols.
- Gather customer insights and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or travel industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
