Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping and logistics, offering timely and accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to support quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall efficiency of the department.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes is a plus.
