In this role, you will be at the forefront of assisting Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch service regarding their home appliances. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to home appliance products and services.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
- Offer guidance and support to customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the home appliances sector, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
- Passion for home appliances and technology is an advantage.
