Portuguese Speaking Customer Support for Music Streaming Platform Department

In this role, you will engage with customers to resolve their inquiries and provide exceptional support related to the streaming services. If you have a passion for music and are fluent in Portuguese, this is a fantastic chance to combine your talents with your love for the industry
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts, subscriptions, and technical issues.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about features and benefits of the music streaming platform.
- Record and document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- A genuine passion for music and familiarity with streaming platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience with customer service software is a plus.
