In this role, you will be the voice of our company, assisting Portuguese-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensuring they receive the best service possible. Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
- Assist customers with their orders, inquiries, and complaints regarding food delivery services.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through the ordering process and answer any related questions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the quality of service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong familiarity with food delivery services is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
