Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

About the Role:
As a Swedish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to online orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues. You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding online orders, including delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their concerns.
  • Ensure data security compliance with GDPR and PCI standards.
  • Escalate complex cases and follow internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with logistics and financial teams to ensure seamless communication.

You Bring:
  • C2-level Swedish and higher, with fluent English (C1).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun).
  • Prior experience in customer support or back-office is a plus.
