Responsibilities
  • Engage with Nordic-speaking clients to assess their online payment needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Assist clients with the integration and effective use of our online payment systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about our services.
  • Collaborate with various departments to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements relevant to online payment solutions.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to continually enhance our services and offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) is essential; knowledge of English is also required.
  • Strong understanding of online payment solutions and financial technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service, consultancy, or fintech is desirable.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proactive in learning about industry developments and innovations.
