Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist customers with logistics and shipping inquiries, providing solutions and guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints related to shipping and delivery promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests in our systems.
- Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients about our services and shipping processes, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics-related roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries.
- Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes is a plus.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
