In this role, you will be the voice of the company, assisting French-speaking customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on features and services. If you are passionate about music and have a flair for customer service, we invite you to join our dynamic team
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to the music platform, including account setup, subscription management, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and with a high level of customer care.
- Educate customers about features and best practices to enhance their streaming experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continual service improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a seamless service experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- A passion for music and understanding of music streaming platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with customer service software or platforms is a plus.
