We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support professional to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels. This includes handling inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media, providing assistance with account, payment, and technical concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality support through various communication channels.
- Guide users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions.
- Serve as a reliable contact, especially for sports-related customer needs.
- Respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty.
- Maintain quality service standards and adhere to company procedures.
- Share feedback and ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficiency.
- Fluent in French (C2 level).
- Fluent in English (B2 level).
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card.
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
