Customer Care Advisor in Greece

We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Customer Care Advisor to become part of our dynamic team.

This role involves handling inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media, assisting customers with account, payment, and technical concerns.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, thrive in energetic environments, and enjoy solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, and social media)
  • Guide users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions
  • Serve as a dependable contact, especially for sports-related customer needs
  • Respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty
  • Adhere to procedures and maintain quality service standards
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
