Κορυφαία εταιρία γεωργικών μηχανημάτων και ανταλλακτικών στην Ελλάδα και Κύπρο ζητά για την κάλυψη μίας θέσης εργασίας IT support specialist στην αντιπροσωπία της στην Θεσσαλονίκη:
Αρμοδιότητες - Καθήκοντα:
- Διάγνωση, αποκατάσταση βλαβών και επίλυση προβλημάτων, που αντιμετωπίζουν οι χρήστες με τον μηχανογραφικό εξοπλισμό και τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα (PC, εκτυπωτές, software, hardware, παραμετροποίηση προγραμμάτων / εφαρμογών) υποδεικνύοντας κατά περίπτωση μεθόδους ορθότερης και αποτελεσματικότερης λειτουργίας
- Καθημερινός έλεγχος του data center (servers/switches) διασφαλίζοντας τη σωστή λειτουργία τους όσον αφορά τόσο το υλικό (hardware), όσο και το λογισμικό (software)
- Καθημερινός έλεγχος για την ορθή λειτουργία του συστήματος backup, των εφαρμογών της εταιρείας και των αρχείων των χρηστών
- Διασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας του συστήματος Wi-Fi, του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου και επίλυση των προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν
- Συντήρηση του μηχανογραφικού εξοπλισμού και άμεση επέμβαση για την αποκατάσταση βλαβών
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Κάτοχος πτυχίου ΙΕΚ / ΤΕΙ Πληροφορικής
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Γνώση λειτουργικών συστημάτων Windows, δικτύων (TCP/ IP) και IP τηλεφωνίας.
- Γνώση hardware, δικτυών και εφαρμογών Iot ( Αισθητήρων, NB Networks, Iot συσκευές)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση των εφαρμογών του Microsoft Office 365.
- Ικανότητα διάγνωσης προβλημάτων και επισκευής Υπολογιστών, εφαρμογών και δικτύων.
- Εξοικείωση με χρήση ERP και CRM
- Πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
- Ικανότητα καταγραφής και παρακολούθησης ανοικτών εκκρεμοτήτων και επίλυσή τους με προτεραιότητα.
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα επικοινωνίας.
- Κάτοχος άδειας οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου.
