This role is responsible for providing commercial support to traders, ensuring seamless order follow-up and communication with suppliers. As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Support Associate. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial support to traders, including orders follow-up and communication with suppliers.
- Communicate effectively with customers, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer and vendor communication, transactions, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics or Business Administration or any other related field.
- Two years of experience in an office setting.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines.
