Job Description:

As a Travel Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in completing their travel itineraries via phone, email, and social media requests while effectively utilizing our reservation systems.

Key aspects of the Travel Agent position include promoting and selling flight add-on products as an organic extension of customer conversations, providing a comprehensive service that allows travelers to journey with peace of mind and security.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Provide exceptional quality of service by handling inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Manage flight cancellations, rebookings, and force majeure situations with ease.
  • Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness within the Customer department.
  • Report technical issues, customer complaints, and other problems in a timely manner.
Requirements:

In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Native or fluent level of Turkish (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience in the customer service sector
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
