Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the spark that brightens days and ignites your career. You will work onsite in our brand new facilities in Athens, Greece, bringing humanity to business.

About the Role

You will resolve customer inquiries, providing accurate and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes. You will also have opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from U.S.-based customers for the largest home improvement retailer in the United States
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers may be required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • Previous customer service experience recommended
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Professionalism, positivity, and a supportive attitude while being eager to learn new skills and processes
  • Ability to support and work regular late evening and overnight shifts
