Flight Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a Turkish-speaking Flight Ambassador to join our team in Singapore. As a Flight Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and ensuring their journey is seamless and comfortable.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of fluency in Turkish and good communication skills in English. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to adapt to new software technologies.

In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, enter customer information into our system, explain rules and procedures to passengers, and process refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels
  • Enter customer information into our system to issue tickets or update records
  • Explain rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights
  • Process refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors
Requirements:
  • High level of fluency in Turkish
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
