We're seeking an individual who is passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customers' inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from U.S.-based customers
  • Provide accurate and valid information by using the right tools and methods
  • Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed

 

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Fluent English language skills (B2 level)
  • Previous customer service experience is recommended
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Professionalism, positivity, and a supportive attitude
  • Ability to work regular late evening and overnight shifts
