ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Educate users on device usage and maintenance
- Provide assistance for new purchases
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Establish strong relationships with partners and demonstrate empathy
You will bring:
- Fluency in Lithuanian
- Excellent communication skills in English
