We are currently hiring for a highly energetic and passionate Sommelier to join our team in Athens. As an ambassador of culinary experiences, you will be part of creating the ultimate fine dining experience at our degustation restaurant in Kolonaki.

About the Role
Our talented executive Chef, Petros Dimas, alongside with a team of culinary experts will create a truly unforgettable experience for our guests. As a Sommelier, your role will be crucial in enhancing the dining experience through exceptional wine knowledge and service skills.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement wine lists and menus that complement our culinary offerings
- Provide expert wine recommendations to guests based on their preferences and food pairings
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with wine trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and production methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
